Merit Points Using ISOCLEAN® Challenger Sales Process

You’ve seen the latest Merit Program that rolled out for 2021. Well, Chevron Lubrication Marketer sales employees can also earn Merit points when they follow the ISOCLEAN® Challenger Sales process! There are 3 ways to win:

  1. Sales Reps can earn 20,000 points by pulling New Lube Reference(s), testing the lubricants for cleanliness and entering the results into the RBL+ Calculator.
  2. Sales Rep BONUS: If the RBL+ Proposal becomes Closed/Won they can earn an additional 20,000 points.
  3. Sales Managers can win too!

This promotion aligns with Lubricant 1st Source Metrics to complete:

  • Co-selling a minimum of 3 presentations per quarter (do an ICL Presentation)
  • RBL’s completed of 5 per 200K gal purchased in 2019 and BIC’s at 50% of Opportunities greater than 10K gals.
