If you or one of your Lubrication Marketers have any Havoline® xpress lubes®, Havoline Builders or Havoline Installers that are not coming up when searched for on our Havoline site finder, be sure to fill out the Installer Info spreadsheet and notify the team at LBC Account Setup.

Any information filled out on the spreadsheet will appear on the website.
Bulk Label Ordering Process for PCMO Installers
Please note that PCMO professional installers needing bulk/tote/drum labels should use Chevron’s bulk tank labels for industry compliance purposes.

Each Chevron Lubrication Marketer has a Label Catalog in the CustomPoint Drum and Pail System.
Account Planning Recorded Presentation
Recently we completed a great training session on Account Planning where we reviewed the expectations, the account plan template, what “good” looks like, minimum account plan requirements, etc. This training supports the new 1st Source requirement to complete an account plan for the top 5 strategic accounts.
Monthly DVTL Events Through June
Have your Marketers join a Delo® Virtual Technology Lab (DVTL), to help them satisfy their Marketing Execution and Competency Development metric!
Part of this particular 1st Source metric requires our 1st Source Marketers to have 25 customers attend a DVTL event in 2021 (refer to this year’s 1st Source Brochure for satisfying the rest of the metric).
