Havoline® hit another milestone! We secured and expanded distribution of Havoline PRO-DS High Mileage Full Synthetic at Walmart. In their 1200 stores in the southeast and 250 stores on the West Coast, the product is called Havoline Lifelong.
Havoline Lifelong will be positioned as an “all in one” product, designed to work for new vehicles and older or high mileage vehicles. This positioning help simplifies the options on the shelf, reduces the complexity for both the consumer shopping the category and for Walmart, and helps differentiate the product from competitors. The Lifelong name will be exclusive to Walmart, at least initially.
Lifelong will carry three viscosity grades on the shelf: 0W-20, 5W-20 & 5W-30. Lifelong products are in some Walmart stores now, and will continue to hit remaining stores throughout April.
As a reminder, Havoline Smart Change products (also exclusively at Walmart) also include Havoline High Mileage Synthetic Technology, Havoline Synthetic Blend and Havoline Motor Oil.
