Please be aware a new improvement request has been deployed in SFDC. Immediately after a user submits a Technical Support Request (TSR) in SFDC, an auto-generated email is sent to the TSR requestor. The email contains information on the sample submission (address, turnaround time, and sample size). An example of it is shown below.
From there, the requester will prepare an oil sample to ship to Richmond for analysis, based on the info provided from the auto-generated email.
