As many of you are aware, we have begun a rolling change with the grease portfolio. One item which was recently requested for clarification was around the reported ISO Viscosity Grade and how it has changed from the previous naming to the new naming.
We now have updated grease product data sheets (PDSs) that reflect the following changes:
- Reported Base Oil KV at 40c and 100c, and 40c will reflect the ISO Grade.
- We will no longer report “extracted under vacuum filtration” or Saybolt KV.
There is no formulation or SKU change as a result of these reported test updates on the PDSs.
