As many of you are aware, we have begun a rolling change with the grease portfolio. One item which was recently requested for clarification was around the reported ISO Viscosity Grade and how it has changed from the previous naming to the new naming.

Voice 360
Chevron Lubetek is now live with Amazon Connect/Salesforce Voice 360. This new system integrates Lubetek’s phone calls, live chats, and emails into one, via Salesforce Service Cloud software. The impact of this digitalization change removes low value work, like manually capturing case information using Voice-To-Text transcription.
