Changes this year include: the new Havoline<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> logo (reflected on our new packaging), this in turn affected the Havoline xpress lube<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> logo lockups, the new Chevron xpress lube logo lockup for new U.S. licensees, and a revised Techron<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> logo to focus attention on fuel additives (to prevent confusion with gasoline marketing).<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chevronlubricants.com\/content\/dam\/newsletters\/images\/LOGO-GUIDELINES-2021.JPG\" width=\"400\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px\" alt=\" \" \/><\/div>\n<p>The guidelines and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chevronlubricants.com\/content\/dam\/external\/havoline\/en_us\/sales-material\/brochures\/2021_Chevron-approved_Logo_Lockups_for_Local_Direct_Marketing.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">companion logo download document<\/a> apply to Chevron end customers, including Chevron Marketers, brokers, and distributors that are using Chevron\u2019s product and service brands on websites, in social media, and in digital and print marketing and advertising. The primary intended audience is professional PCMO installers and anyone they employ to help with their local marketing and advertising, which includes Chevron Marketers and agencies who advertise on behalf of their Havoline professional PCMO installer customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As Chevron employees we are brand ambassadors.<\/strong> With that comes a responsibility to ensure our customers are using Chevron\u2019s most current logos on their websites and using them correctly in their marketing and advertising efforts. Checking correct logo use on all customer websites to ensure consistency in the marketplace is an easy controllable for all sales employees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CALL TO ACTION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delete any past copies of the guide and logo download document, as they are no longer valid<\/li>\n<li>Delete any old Havoline, HXL and Techron logos you might have saved<\/li>\n<li>Download the 2021 guidelines and companion logo download document<\/li>\n<li>Familiarize yourself with our 2021 guidelines and logos to help coach your customers<\/li>\n<li>Check your customers\u2019 websites to identify (a) customers that should be promoting our brands on their websites but are not, and (b) customers that must replace old logos with the new ones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This will all be communicated in LubeLink to our Chevron Marketers and in Havoline Installer News to the emails we have for Havoline professional PCMO installers. The 2021 guidelines and easy logo download document are available in the Marketing Hub for all Chevron employees, Chevron Marketers, and our end customers through Chevron Business Point.
