Make sure your Marketers and direct customers have properly prepared their warehouses for the changes. Below are a few quick tips on how they can do so:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine current inventory levels<\/li>\n<li>Implement a plan to deplete old product stock<\/li>\n<li>Communicate anticipated changes to their warehouse staff<\/li>\n<li>If applicable, confirm they have the documentation to meet API\u2019s \u201cChain of Custody\u201d requirement for deliveries of bulk engine oils (Example: Certificate of Analysis)<\/li>\n<li>Inform MSA customers of the product transition changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quick lube facilities need to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educate staff on the new 6 tier Havoline PCMO product line<\/li>\n<li>Update their computer system with the new product line names<\/li>\n<li>Update tablets\/iPads as well as sales\/greeter script<\/li>\n<li>Update any menu boards to the new product line descriptions.
