Shop owners can\u2019t sell them if our Chevron LMs are not bringing the featured products to them.<\/li>\n<li>If you or your Chevron LMs enrolled customers, please make sure the accounts you enrolled are <strong>fully aware<\/strong> the promotion has now begun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>If you or your Chevron LMs are enrolling customers, please make the extra effort in January\/February to make sure the accounts you enrolled are <strong>fully aware<\/strong> and prepared to execute the promotion at their store(s) starting March 1. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recipe to successful promotion execution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Top down communication: BC\/LM&#8594; customer, owner&#8594; staff<\/li>\n<li>Establish employee rewards or incentives, set goals<\/li>\n<li>Advertise the offer off-site to attract new customers (using the free digital assets)<\/li>\n<li>Make every customer or guest aware of the promotional offer during the greeting (moving consumers up the product line is where the win is for business owners)<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report progress against the goals<\/li>\n<li>Staple the promotion claim form to the customer\u2019s service receipt<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please review the promotion flyer, linked below and uploaded to Marketing Hub for customers, carefully to make sure that you understand the specifics.
