\"\"\/We\u2019re excited to announce the addition of the Detroit Fluids Specification (DFS) 93K222 to the list of approved OEM specifications for both Delo\u00ae<\/sup> 600 ADF 10W-30 and 15W-40.<\/p>\n

Delo 600 ADF is the first ultra low-ash, heavy duty engine oil that reduces the sulfated ash content of a typical CK-4 oil by 60%. Our OMNIMAX™ technology achieves a 0.4% ash level by replacing metallic additives with ashless compounds that deliver equal or better protection. OMNIMAX describes a Chevron Patented Technology, which delivers maximum system protection to both the engine and the emissions system. This all-encompassing protection helps drastically reduce the rate of DPF clogging to deliver extended DPF service life and industry-redefining fuel economy retention.<\/p>\n

Delo 600 ADF meets or surpasses API CK-4 and OEM performance standards for wear protection, oxidation and deposit control. The formulation even outperforms competitive API CK-4 oils using conventional metallic-based additives on many measures. Delo 600 ADF is a synblend product, but the value proposition offered is significantly greater.<\/p>\n

It is important to identify the value proposition of Delo 600 ADF that aligns with a customer\u2019s key value driver. For example, construction and mining equipment, with Tier IV engines, have large DPFs that can take a significant amount of time to get to. These pieces of equipment have a high revenue per hour potential, so reducing downtime translates into big savings. In contrast, on-highway vehicles don\u2019t have the same revenue-producing capacity as construction equipment. Fleets will realize operational savings from the up-to-3% fuel economy retention advantage offered by Delo 600 ADF.<\/p>\n
