Jason has been in the fast lube business for a couple years now, and he is already an emerging leader in the industry with his shops seeing car counts and premium oil sales growing while retaining career employees.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chevronlubricants.com\/content\/dam\/newsletters\/images\/HXL-Winner.jpg\" width=\"400\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px\" alt=\" \" \/><\/div>\n<p>In addition to being a true Havoline brand ambassador, Jason does a tremendous job of putting his customers and employees first as demonstrated in his leadership style and success thus far.
