One of the most recurring things we hear from those of you that talk to customers on a daily basis is the issue of grease incompatibility. We know that a powerful commercial insight you can take advantage of is your ability to help customers understand when they might be making a bad decision with an incompatible grease purchase.<\/p>\n
Recently our Chevron Lube Matters blog<\/a> focused on the limitations of trying to decide on a grease simply by looking at its color and texture. The article also contains a link to a Chevron whitepaper<\/a> that delves deeper into understanding what goes into grease, what happens during storage, and oil separation.<\/p>\n In addition to these teaching tools that are available to the public, you and your Marketers have exclusive access to Chevron\u2019s Grease Compatibility Matrix<\/a>, which is in Appendix F (Compatibility Guidelines) of the Product Integrity Manual.
