Please be aware a new improvement request has been deployed in SFDC. Immediately after a user submits a Technical Support Request (TSR) in SFDC, an auto-generated email is sent to the TSR requestor. The email contains information on the sample submission (address, turnaround time, and sample size). An example of it is shown below.<\/p>\n

From there, the requester will prepare an oil sample to ship to Richmond for analysis, based on the info provided from the auto-generated email.<\/p>\n
