This new system integrates Lubetek\u2019s phone calls, live chats, and emails into one, via Salesforce Service Cloud software. The impact of this digitalization change removes low value work, like manually capturing case information using Voice-To-Text transcription. Additionally, the system will improve our inquiry routing\/notification capabilities, which allows for improved visibility and efficiency to our workstream.<\/p>\n<p>Customers can still call a Lubetek representative at 1-800-582-3835 (this number has not changed). Now when customers call, we can put a greater focus on the quality of our responses while also decreasing our response time.
