In November 2021, General Motors announced the third generation of its dexos™1 engine oil specification, spelling out new performance requirements for lubricants intended for use in GM vehicles. The dexos1 Gen 3 specification replaces dexos1 Gen 2, which was introduced in 2015. <\/p>\n
