Orientation participants are then assigned to Learning Plans in Lubricants University. Each plan is a collection of courses designed to provide sales representatives with an overview of the tools and resources they need to successfully sell Chevron lubricants. <\/p>\n<p>Customer Success will engage with new sales representatives through virtual face-to-face meetings along their Orientation Journey. As of June 1st, when a new sales representative completes this journey, they will earn 10,000 merit points!
