 The letter below from Cary Knuth regarding a supply chain update will be sent to Marketers on Wednesday, through LubeLink.

Dear Valued Customer,

We at Chevron want to update our previous communication dated March 29, 2021. Although there have been improvements in the base oil supply for the lubricants industry, we are still facing challenges as it relates to the availability of additives, packaging and transportation capacity. We expect these challenges to continue in the near term and are working closely with our supplier partners to manage the impact to our business.

Despite this ongoing disruption in our supply chain, Chevron continues to do its best to be a reliable supplier to our customers, and we are working to fulfill orders as completely and promptly as we can. However, as the situation continues to change, we anticipate that there may be limited availability, and for certain SKUs, product outages in the near term. If there are any product availability concerns with your orders, an LBST representative will promptly advise you of any changes.
