Superfund Excise Tax Impacts Chevron Delo® Synthetic AMT XDT 75W-90
This is to notify you that as of July 1, 2022, the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has issued a new Superfund Chemical Excise Tax. This tax affects Chevron’s Delo® Synthetic AMT XDT 75W-90, which contains polyalphaolefins, a chemical included in the new tax.

From November 1, 2022 – January 31, 2023, Marketers can earn 10,000 merit points per customer, a $50 (USD) value for selling a minimum of 55 gallons/208 litres of Chevron Delo® 600 ADF products. All viscosity grades and package styles apply.
