Hopefully you saw on the latest Breaking Barriers call that a new EZ Grease Chart has been created and posted in Highspot. It’s a quick guide, listing our current grease portfolio to help in the following areas:
- Quicker decisions on in-house grease substitutions
- Quicker decisions on Chevron replacements for competing products to help take advantage of competitor supply issues
- Quicker grease application decisions
- Good for LM sales reps chasing new grease opportunities and supply issues with competing brands
And don’t forget about the changes coming to Chevron’s grease product line in 2023. The new names will align with thickener types. This means that there will be a new calcium sulfonate product line. Packaging and labels will change, but we will try to minimize SKU changes.
A timeline of what to expect:
January 24-25: We’ll have a full presentation on the changes at Momentum in January.
February: Chevron will host a webinar to reveal the full line and review all changes.
March 14: We’ll unveil new cartridge packaging and labels publicly for the first time at ConExpo.
March 31: New names and packages officially available. New pages on ChevronLubricants.com, including a product selector and a cheat sheet of old vs new names. New content available, press release sent to media.
Stay tuned for more information. We appreciate your partnership!
