Hopefully you joined us for the virtual Tractor Restoration Competition (TRC) Ceremony on Facebook Live, but in case you missed it, we’re proud to announce that Andrew Hanna of Greenwich, Connecticut earned the title of Grand Champion! Andrew earned $10,000 for his restoration of a 1942 Farmall M. Andrew also pulled in a second accolade by winning “Best Photo” with the image seen here.
The TRC is an opportunity for high school students to learn valuable skills, including project management, planning and sourcing, budget and record management. As always, we encouraged our Marketers to partner with students who may reach out for product donations and technical expertise.
Marketers that received a request for Chevron products in order for a participant to complete his or her project should utilize their Max Funds to reimburse those donations. The proper Max Fund reimbursement classification is “Community Involvement.”
