Our installed facilities benefit by being able to benchmark their performance to U.S. industry averages and you benefit by using the results in your consulting services and Challenger selling. Keep in mind, the quick lube segment is 1/3 of the auto installed market demand.
We will send the survey link to our Havoline® xpress lube® (HXL) operators in this month’s issue of Havoline Installer News. When you engage with them, please encourage them to take the time to provide complete, accurate responses. Ranking in the survey helps create a sense of pride for our products and brands.
For surveys like this to continue to be a powerful tool in providing industry standards for measurement, a high level of Fast Lube Operator participation is key, preferably using their POS data. The data is tallied for an industry average, based on respondents that complete the survey in the given year. This is the only publicly available industry data source for quick lube owner/operators, so the more owner/operators that complete the survey, the more relevant the data will be.
