Superfund Excise Tax Impacts Chevron Delo® Synthetic AMT XDT 75W-90
This is to notify you that as of July 1, 2022, the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has issued a new Superfund Chemical Excise Tax. This tax affects Chevron’s Delo® Synthetic AMT XDT 75W-90, which contains polyalphaolefins, a chemical included in the new tax.

Back in September we announced a hold on orders of Havoline® ATF+4 Automatic Transmission Fluid (222270). We are making important updates to the product labels, particularly quart bottles, and we expect updated inventory to be at Pinnacle during Q1 of 2023.
