The Havoline® Bring ‘em Back promotion begins today, March 1st, and runs until May 31st!
Below are some important points that are not covered in the promotional flyer:
- This is an opportunity for you to gain new item distribution, to grow your sales and NOI
- In order for consumers to get the offer, shop owners need to stock the qualifying products. Shop owners can’t sell them if our Chevron LMs are not bringing the featured products to them.
- If you or your Chevron LMs enrolled customers, please make sure the accounts you enrolled are fully aware the promotion has now begun.
Recipe to successful promotion execution:
- Top down communication: BC/LM→ customer, owner→ staff
- Establish employee rewards or incentives, set goals
- Advertise the offer off-site to attract new customers (using the free digital assets)
- Make every customer or guest aware of the promotional offer during the greeting (moving consumers up the product line is where the win is for business owners)
- Monitor and report progress against the goals
- Staple the promotion claim form to the customer’s service receipt
