Lubricants Marketer Sales Representative OrientationResource for Indirect Marketers

The Customer Success Team continues to expand our support for sales teams and customers. With the updated Lubricants University platform, marketers can now enroll their sales representatives into the Marketer Sales Representative Orientation. Once enrolled, participants are assigned to Learning Plans, which are comprised of courses designed to provide them with the tools and resources needed to successfully sell Chevron Lubricants.

Customer Success engages with participants through virtual face-to-face meetings along their Orientation Journey. Experienced sales reps seeking a refresher have a self-guided experience but can contact Customer Success with questions.

Marketers can enroll their sales representatives into Orientation through the Customer Success icon in the Support App, or by emailing customersuccess@chevron.com. To learn more please click HERE.
