On-The-Spot Incentive

Don’t forget about all the opportunities available through the end of the year! Through December 31, 2022, all Indirect BCs and BDSs have the opportunity to reward LM sales reps ON-THE-SPOT! You can give them an On-the-Spot incentive for any activity that your LM sales rep performs that assists with bringing Chevron back in front of their customers. Unlike Merit, the activity does not need to be tied to an opportunity. You can use this incentive to encourage LM sales reps to offer our products, perform conversion activities, grow business on their paper, and build their confidence with Chevron once again.

BCs & BDSs will be able to reward their LM sales reps $50, $100 or $200 and in some cases more, as they see fit, and with sales managers approval. When the BC/BDS fills out the form linked here, there is an area for a “description of activity.” In this section, offer encouragement of the positive activity which was performed by the LM sales rep. The LM sales rep will see this message via email followed by an electronic VISA gift card within 48 hours.

Important notes:

  • This will NOT be communicated in LubeLink or externally other than to the Marketer Council Members. LMs will learn word of mouth from their Chevron Sales reps.
  • Industrial Specialists are included and able to offer awards to LM sales reps.
  • The current budget set per Chevron BC & BDS is $2,000.
